Worlds: Drumming for Shamanic Travel

Here is a CD of shamanic drumming from musician Randal L. Carr. The three tracks represent the three worlds — lower, middle and upper. For thousands of years, the drum has been an important means of helping meditation. Each sequence begins with an introduction which includes an ensemble of instruments such as triangle, wooden flute and special sound effects. After twenty minutes of steady drumming, the end calls the listener back from meditation.
